Slide the paper guides so that they closely fit to the right and
left edges of the paper.
IMPORTANT
•
Be sure to set the paper guides to the postcard width. Misfeeds or paper jams may
occur if the paper guides are too loose or too tight.
•
Do not touch or remove postcards from the paper tray during printing. This may
cause a printer malfunction.
Loading Envelopes
The paper tray can hold Youkei No.4, and Kakukei No.2 envelopes. To load
envelopes in the paper tray, follow the procedure described below.
IMPORTANT
•
You can load envelopes of the sizes shown below.
•
Do not use self-adhesive envelopes. This may cause a deterioration in print quality.
•
Data cannot be printed in a 10 mm wide border around the envelope.
NOTE
•
When printing on envelopes, any images printed on the flap or adhesive surface on
the back of the envelope may blur, soiling the trailing edge of the envelope.
