Power Supply
The power of the scanner is designed to turn ON when the feed tray
is opened or closed. To turn the power ON or OFF, operate the
scanner as described below.
Turning ON the Power

Press the feed tray release lever, and lift the areas
indicated below.

Open the feed tray.
The scanner turns ON, and the power indicator lights.
3
Raise the document guides and feed extension guides.
