Select the [Use advanced settings dialog box] check box
and click the [Open] button.
This will open the advanced settings dialog box for the scanner.

Click the (information) button.
The [Scanner Information] dialog box appears.

Click [Maintenance].
The [Maintenance] dialog box appears.

Click [Reset] for both [Current Rollers Count] and
[Current Pad Count].

Click to close the [Maintenance] dialog box.

Click to close the [Scanner Information] dialog box.

Click [Cancel] to close the advanced settings dialog box
for the scanner.

Click [Cancel] to close the [Scanner Settings] dialog box.
