Solving Battery Pack/Gauge Problems

Computer won’t turn
on when battery pack
is inserted and power
cord is unplugged.
Battery pack is discharged. • Connect the computer to an
external power source and
charge the battery pack.
OR
• Replace the battery pack with a
fully charged battery pack.
Check the battery connectors on
the system board to verify that
they are evenly spaced and are
not bent or broken.
