Section 3 - Configuration
3G Mobile Connection
Choose USB3G if you want to connect your router to the Internet through a compatible D-Link 3G USB adapter. Plug
in your USB 3G adapter to the DAP-1350’s USB port, then select USB3G from the drop down box and click on Save
Settings. Your DAP-1350 will reboot and auto-load most of the required settings from the 3G adapter.
Displays the name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
Enter a name for the access point. This is set to Auto by default,
though you can select Manual to manually enter an access point
name.
Enter the dial-up number.
Enter the PIN code required to unlock the 3G SIM card in your 3G
USB adapter, then enter it again in the Verify PIN box. This eld is
only necessary if your SIM card is locked with a PIN code.
Choose the authentication type from the drop-down list. The default
setting is Auto.
Enter the username required to log in to your 3G Internet service.
This eld is only necessary if you need to use a username and
password to connect to your 3G service.
Enter the password required to log in to your 3G Internet service,
then enter it again in the Verify Password box. This eld is only
necessary if you need to use a username and password to connect
to your 3G service.
