5. Select the paper size you loaded into the printer from the
Paper Size setting. If you don’t see your paper size on the list,
use the arrow on the right to scroll through the list.
6. Select
Portrait
or
Landscape
orientation. The direction of
printing changes according to the orientation you select.
7. Select the paper source. The available options are
Auto
Selection
,
MP Tray
, and
Lower Cassette
(if the optional 500-
Sheet Lower Paper Cassette Unit is installed).
8. Select the resolution from the Print Quality setting.
Make any other settings you wish, and click the
OK
button when
you are finished.
Testing the Printer
To confirm that the printer driver is installed properly, print a
status sheet from the printer driver. The status sheet contains
information about the printer, the current settings, and the
installed options, if any.
