Configuring an SLI Configuration
NVIDIA SLI (Scalable Link Interface) is a revolutionary technology that allows
two NVIDIA SLI graphics cards to work together to deliver incredible 3D
graphics performance.
Your new motherboard can support up to three PCI Express graphics cards
linked using SLI. Currently 3-way NVIDIA SLI is approved and operating on
the following graphics cards:
NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTX
NVIDIA GeForce 8800 Ultra
SLI Connector
NVIDIA 3-way SLI platform will also require a new SLI connector that
connects the SLI headers on the GeForce GPUs (Figure 31).
