Installation Overview
To install and set up the YCS 100, follow these steps:
1
Mount the YCS 100 on a rack shelf, furniture, or projector
bracket if desired.
2
Connect your input and output devices to the YCS 100’s
rear panel connectors.
3
Wire the provided 2-pin captive screw connector to the
external power supply. (See Wiring the Power Connector,
later in this chapter.)
4
Apply power to the YCS 100 and to the input and output
devices.
Mounting the YCS 100
The YCS 100 can be set on a table; mounted on a rack shelf;
mounted under a desk, podium, or table; or attached to a
projector with one of the Extron projector mounting kits.
Tabletop use
Four self-adhesive rubber feet are included with the YCS 100.
For tabletop use, attach one foot at each corner on the bottom of
the unit, and place the YCS in the desired location.
