This chapter describes how to clean internal MO drive and the MO cartridge.
5.1 Cleaning Drive
When a dust or smoke of cigarette is stained to the lens actuator, a performance of
whole drive may be down. Clean the lens actuator periodically using following
head cleaner.
When cleaning the drive, do not use a toxic cleaning agent.
Note:
Cleaning period differs depending on the installation condition. Usually, cleaning
period is once a three months.

(1) Cleaning method
Clean the head actuator with following method.
1. Turn on the power of the drive.
2. Insert the head cleaner.
3. The head cleaner is automatically loaded and the cleaning brush disk in the
head cleaner is rotated to clean the lens.
4. When the cleaning is finished, the head cleaner is automatically unloaded.
