• Off-line data collection capability
Indicates the method of off-line data collection carried out by the drive. If the
off-line data collection capability is 0, it indicates that off-line data collection is
not supported.

Bit Meaning
0 If this bit is 1, it indicates that the SMART EXECUTE OFF-
LINE IMMEDATE sub-command (Features field = D4h) is
supported.
1 Vendor unique
2 If this bit is 1, it indicates that offline data collection under
execution is aborted when a new command is received.
3 If this bit is 1, it indicates that the SMART Off-line Read
Scanning Technology is supported.
4 If this bit is 1, it indicates that the SMART Self-test function
is supported.
5 If this bit is 1, it indicates that the SMART Conveyance Self-
test is supported.
6 If this bit is 1, it indicates that the SMART Selective Self-
test is supported.
7 Reserved bits

Bit Meaning
0 If this bit is 1, it indicates that the attribute value is saved on
media before the drive enters the power save mode.
1 If this bit is 1, it indicates that the attribute value is saved
automatically after the pre-set operation of the drive.
