Adjusting tilt (vertical viewing angle) tension
To test and adjust tilt tension:
1 Tilt the monitor back and forth through its entire tilt range. If it does not
stay in place or if movement in one direction is stiff, the tilt tension needs
adjustment.
2 Pull the black rubber cover away from the top of the stand, then hold it
back with one hand.
3 To increase tilt tension, turn the screw clockwise with a Phillips
screwdriver. To decrease tilt tension, turn the screw counter-clockwise.
Adjust until the monitor stays in place and the up and down tilting
tensions are equal.
