Remove the optical drive:
1. Release the zero insertion force (ZIF) connector (1) to which the optical drive connector cable is
connected, and then disconnect the cable (2) from the connector.
2. Remove the four Phillips PM2.5×3.7 screws (1) that secure the optical drive to the computer.
3. Remove the optical drive (2).
Reverse this procedure to install the optical drive.
