Hardware repair services
To speak to someone to verify that your ADF needs
repair, please call the HP Customer Support Center. If
your ADF requires repair, the HP Support Agent will
coordinate the process. Please refer to the list of HP
service and support phone numbers supplied with your
scanner. This service is free of charge during the
warranty period of your ADF. Beyond the warranty
period, repairs will be charged on a time and materials
basis.
