Compliance and Conformity
FCC statement (for users in the United States)
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject
to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful
interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause undesired operation.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a
Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits
are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference
in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can
radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance
with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio
communications. This equipment may cause harmful interference to radio
or television reception. This can be determined by turning the equipment
off and on. If interference is experienced, you should to try to correct it by
one or more of the following measures:
Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
Increase the distance between the equipment and the receiver.
Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that
used for the receiver.
Consult your service technician or an experienced radio/TV technician
for help.

Any modifications without prior permission of Kyocera may cause harmful
interference.
If any modifications or changes are made to this equipment without prior
permission of Kyocera, Kyocera as the manufacturer does not guarantee
the compliance with the FCC Rules. The use of equipment that does not
comply with the FCC Rules is prohibited.
Interface connectors
IMPORTANT: Be sure to power off the printer before connecting or
disconnecting an interface cable. For protection against static electricity
discharge to the printer's internal electronics through the interface
connector(s), cover any interface connector that is not in use with the
protective cap supplied.
