Collating
98 / Me / XP / NT 4.0
The following instructions explain how to select collating using
the printer driver.
1. Open the file in your application and select File → Print.
2. In the Print dialog box, select your printer, then:
Windows 98 / Me / NT4.0: click Properties.
Windows XP: click Preferences.
3. On the Job Options tab, under Job Type, enter the
number of copies required and select Collate.

4. Click OK.
5. Windows 98 / Me / NT4.0: click OK.
Windows XP: click Print.
