Operation

Power switch and power LED: Turns the
monitor on or off.
When on, the LED is green.
When the monitor is in power saving mode
the LED is orange.
Controls
(Dial is hidden beneath the symbol.)
Brightness: Adjusts image brightness (the backgrounds' black level).
Clockwise increases brightness
Counter-clockwise decreases brightness
(Dial is hidden beneath the symbol.)
Contrast: Adjusts the contrast between the image
background (black level) and the foreground (white level).
Clockwise increases the contrast.
Counter-clockwise decreases the contrast.
Note:
Each time the monitor turns on, it automatically degausses. Degaussing removes
magnetic field build up that can affect color purity and convergence. Continually
turning on and off the monitor can cause it damage. If you turn on the monitor and
immediately turn it off, wait 15 minutes before turning it on again.
