Memory Transmission
Basic Operations
Multi-Station Transmission (Broadcasting)
If you have to send the same document(s) to multiple stations, you can save time in feeding the
document(s) by using memory transmission. That is, you can store the document(s) into memory and then
send it to the station(s) automatically.
NOTE
1. You can review the stations you entered in step 3 before storing your document into memory
by pressing or . Press to clear an entered station or group shown on the
display if needed.
2. The Quick Memory Transmission is disabled if multiple stations are set.

Set document(s) face down.

Make sure that the MEMORY lamp is on.
If not, press On. to set On.

Dial by any combination of the following methods:
One-Touch Dialing
Abbreviated Dialing
Manual Number Dialing, press after each
station is entered
(Up to 32 stations)
Directory Search Dialing, press after each
station is entered
