Caller ID
(KX-FP85 only)
The unit will store caller information of up to 30 calls (Caller ID list).
To print the Caller ID list manually, see page 88.
This list will be printed out automatically after every 30 new calls.
This feature is set to “ON” as a default with feature #26 (p. 69). If you select “OFF”, the unit
will not print the list automatically but will store the records of received calls.
Confirming caller information using the Caller ID list
To search for caller information
If you rotate to the left, the display will show from the reviewed calls.
If the unit could not receive name, the unit will show:
After the last new call has been displayed, the unit will show:
After all calls are displayed, the unit will show:
If no calls have been received, the unit will show:

Viewing caller information on the display

Once a call is received, the caller’s information will be stored in the unit as a new call. After
viewing, it will be stored as an old call.
Note:
If you want to know the caller’s phone number, the date/time of the call and the caller’s name, press
or repeatedly while the display shows the number.
Note for New Zealand users:
Telecom New Zealand does not currently send a NAME for Caller ID.
