Troubleshooting
Shaky/Jittery Video Wavy picture or
fine movement
Auto adjust image through Menu -> Image
Setting -> Auto Adjust
Adjust Phase and Clock controls via OSD
Perform the LCD Monitor TV factory reset (via
Menu -> Factory Reset -> All Settings)
Check environmental factors
Relocate and test in other room
Missing Pixels LCD screen has
spots
Cycle power on-off
These are pixels that are permanently off and
is a natural defect that occurs in LCD
technology
Stuck-on Pixels LCD screen has
bright spots
Cycle power on-off
These are pixels that are permanently on and
is a natural defect that occurs in LCD
technology
Brightness Problems Picture too dim or
too bright
Perform the LCD Monitor TV factory reset (via
Menu -> Factory Reset -> All Settings)
Auto adjust image through Menu -> Image
Setting -> Auto Adjust
Adjust brightness & contrast controls
Note: When operating in DVI mode, the
contrast adjustment is not available.
Geometric Distortion Screen not
centered correctly
Perform the LCD Monitor TV reset on
"Position Settings Only"
Auto adjust image through Menu -> Image
Setting -> Auto Adjust
Adjust the centering controls
Ensure the LCD Monitor TV is in proper video
mode
Note: When operating in DVI mode, the
positioning adjustments are not
available.
