4 • Using the W660/W680 with Your Computer
To display the Paper window, left click the Paper tab in the
Properties window.
Use the Paper Size area to select the size or envelope that is to be
printed. Click on the desired size from the selection that includes
three paper sizes, eight envelope sizes, and an option to customize
the size.
Use the Orientation area to select how the document is posi-
tioned on the paper when it is printed. Options for this item are
Portrait and Landscape.
Use the Paper source area to specify the location of the paper to
be used in the print job. Different printers support different
paper sources and offer options such as, upper tray, envelope
feed, and manual feed. For the W660/W680 the only paper
source option is Auto sheet feeder.
