Troubleshooting tips
Player doesn’t turn on
• Checkthatbatteriesareproperlyinsertedandnotexhausted.
• Makesurethebatterycompartmentdoorisproperlyclosed.
Can not record
• MakesuretheLOCKfunctionisnotactivated.
• Makesurememoryisnotfull.
• Youhaverecorded200filesinonefolder.Trytorecordinanewfolder.
Incorrect recording date and time during playback
• Youmaynothavesetthedateandtimebeforerecording.Refertothe
Setting date and time section.
No sound from speaker during playback
• Makesurevolumeisnotsetto0.
• Headphonesshouldnotbeconnected.
Can not activate the player after sliding / switch to
• Removethebatteriestoresettheplayer.
Available recording time becomes shorter
• Youmayhavesettherecordingqualityto‘HighQuality’.RefertotheSetting
recordingqualitysection.
• DeletetheDigitalVoiceManagersetupsoftwarefromtheplayertofreeup
more memory space.
Can not perform playback
