Right-clickovertheSpeaker icon on the
taskbar,selectPlaying Device > Mono Device
> Load DefaultsandthenclicktheOKbutton.
Note
TheBluetoothMono Headphone and Microphone
functionsareactivated.

to check if the headset is connected as a stereo
headset.

right-clickoverthedeviceandselectConnect
fromthepop-upmenu.
Right-clickovertheSpeaker icon on the
Taskbar,clickPlay Device > Bluetooth High-
quality Audio > Load Defaults,andclickthe
OKbutton.

AfterchangingtheBluetoothorsoundsettings,you
mustexitandre-runtheaudio/videoplayerprogram
(suchasWindowsMediaPlayer)toapplythe
changedsettings.
