Video may not be viewed since Divx codec is not installed in user’s PC. Divx codec can
decode video compressed with MPEG4. Download and install the latest Divx codec, and check
video.

When camera cannot be
controlled for Pan/ Tilt/
Zoom
Check the camera / speed dome protocol.
See if the proper model and manufacturer is selected at the mode.
Inspect the cables connected to the device.
When the contents stored
on the USB memory does
not appear
Make sure not to remove it when it is being saved on the USB
Check if the USB is properly connected.
Make sure that capacity display is accurate on the Record Page.
When product data is not
displayed in the local
network
Check the network cable’s connection status.
Press the reset switch on the back of the product for 5 seconds and factory initialize the
product to check.
