until "25:PRINT PASSCODE" appears,
and then press the [ENTER] key.

to select "1:SET" and press the
[ENTER] key.
To clear a passcode number:
Select "2:CLEAR" and press the [ENTER] key.

Enter a four-digit number that will be
used to identify the passcode number
and then press the [ENTER] key.
To delete a passcode
number:
Enter the four-digit
number that identifies the
passcode number and
press the [ENTER] key.
The passcode is cleared.

Press the [MENU] key.
Press the [MENU] key to
exit.
After the passcode is
stored, the PRINT HOLD
PASSCODE LIST is
printed. This list provides a
record of the passcode in
case it is forgotten, and
the administrator of the
machine should store the
list in a safe place where
other people will not see it.
HOLD DATA PRINT
Follow the steps below to print received faxes that are held in memory.

Press the [MENU] key.

Make sure the following message
appears and then press the [ENTER]
key.
If the above message does not appear, press the [ ]
key ( ) or [ ] key ( ) until the message appears
and then press the [ENTER] key.

Enter a four-digit number that
identifies the passcode number and
then press the [ENTER] key.
When the [ENTER] key is
pressed, printing begins.
If there are no received
faxes held in memory,
the passcode cannot be
entered. If you enter an
incorrect passcode three
times in a row, the
machine will exit HOLD
DATA PRINT mode.

Received fax jobs held in memory cannot be printed during fax transmission or while printing is taking place.
If a fax is received while print hold faxes are being printed, the fax will be printed without being held.
