Unit Usage Precautions
Power Supply
Be sure to use 100 to 240 V AC.
Do not share the AC outlet with any other power-consuming equipment such
as copying machines or shredders.
Handling the Power Cable
Take care not to place or drop anything heavy on the power cable or to damage
the cable. Using a damaged cable is dangerous.
Be sure to hold the plug when disconnecting the power cable from the outlet.
Pulling the cable may damage the cable.
When the unit is not to be used for a long time, disconnect the power cable
from the outlet.
Location
The unit must be placed horizontally or vertically on a flat, stable surface. The
maximum permissible mounting tilt is 10° for the bottom placed surface.
Location requirements
Careful consideration should be given to the following in selecting a site to
install or store your unit.
Avoid the following conditions:
High humidity
High temperatures
Direct sunlight
•Dust
Strong vibration
Wide temperature fluctuations
Do not subject the unit to shock or vibration
Dropping the unit or subjecting it to strong impact may damage the unit.
