Why doesn't my microphone work?
❑ If you are using an external microphone, make sure the microphone is turned on and is properly plugged into the
Microphone jack on the computer.
❑ On VGN-TX700 Series models, the muting button may have been pressed. Check to see if the muting % indicator light
is on. If it is, press the muting button to turn on the volume.
