lance_mode 0= lance_mode disabled
1= lance_mode enabled (default)
ipg0 0 to 30 = Additional IPG before transmitting
a packet (after receiving a packet)

adv_1000hdx_cap Local PCS capability advertised by the hardware
0 = Not 1000 Mbits/sec half duplex capable
