Inserting a Mini-WECO patch cord into the upper monitor Twist Lok Jack
(TLJ) on the front of the DNI-3 panel accesses the NE circuit. Inserting a
Mini-WECO patch cord into the lower monitor TLJ on the front of the
DNI-3 panel accesses the DCS circuit.
