Download New Rating System
You can choose to download additional new rating systems. The new rating
systems will be automatically set according to the ratings you have previously
chosen.
1. Press MENU on the remote (the main MENU appears).
2. Press the up or down arrow until PARENT CONTROL is highlighted and
press OK (the PARENT CONTROL menu appears with V-CHIP BLOCK
highlighted).
3. Press OK (the V-CHIP BLOCK menu appears).
4. Press the down arrow button to highlight OPTION, and press OK (the
OPTION menu appears).
Note: Be sure to remember your number. If you have entered a number
previously, enter that same number.
If you forget your secret number, press and hold the channel up and
channel down buttons on the front of the TV simultaneously until the
message INPUT SECRET No. disappears.
7. To exit, press MENU.

5. Since DOWNLOAD is highlighted, just press OK.
6. Press the left or right arrow button to change the setting back and forth
from OFF to ON.
Note: If you watch a channel that uses the new system, PLEASE WAIT

Entering Your Secret Number
Your Parent Controls are password-protected. To create your password (secret
number):
1. Follow Steps 1-3 above to display theV-CHIP BLOCK menu.
2. Use the down arrow button to select SECRET No. and press OK.
3. Use the number buttons on the remote to enter a password.
Note: Be sure to remember your number. If you have entered a number
previously, enter that same number.
If you forget your secret number, press and hold the channel up and
channel down buttons on the front of the TV simultaneously until the
message INPUT SECRET No. disappears.
