When a user improperly
disconnects from the server, the
user is not able to log on to the
server again and the sound device
does not work properly.
If a user improperly disconnects from
the server (i.e., suddenly turns off the
power of the terminal without logging
off), there will be an un-log off
session in the terminal server, which
causes the terminal to be unable to
log on to the server again, and since it
occupies some system resources like
the sound device, the sound device
will probably not work. When this
problem occurs, please ask the
administrator to clear the idle session
from the server so that you can log on
again.
