The local management port is a DB-9 female
connector and is labeled V.28. The interchange
circuits and pinouts are listed in Table 5. The local
management baud rate will auto-detect between 2400
baud and 57600 baud.
See EIA-574, Sec 2.2 and Figure 2.7, with Receive
Data, Transmit Data and Signal Ground only. The
other pins are internally connected to ensure correct
handshaking interoperability. These internal
connections shall be made via resistor traces to
facilitate with future build options.
