Replacement Note
: The
slot that houses the trackpad
cable is small, making the
cable difficult to install. Use
this method:
• Open the connector ears
and slide a flat-blade
screwdriver under the
raised connector to keep
the connector open.
• Slide the trackpad cable
into the connector and
close the connector.
• Gently fold the trackpad
cable into the top case;
then angle the ferrite
bead in and push it firmly
into its slot.
