Backup Battery
Before you continue, remove
the following:
• Speaker Grill
• Keyboard & Heatsink
• Hard Drive
• End Clutch Covers
• Center Hinge Cover
• Display Assembly
• Top Case
• Trackpad
Note:
For this procedure it
is not necessary to remove
the trackpad; just discon-
nect the trackpad cable from
the backup battery.
