Check the following points before sending this product for
repair.
The following phenomena are not malfunctions.
Ⅵ If there is no abnormality on the screen when
the phenomena below appear, they are not
malfunctions.
● The top or front part as well as the rear of the
projector unit is hot
● A creaking sound is heard from the projector
●
Device noise is heard from the interior of the projector
● There is color bleeding on the screen
Ⅵ
When the projector fails to run properly due to
external noises, perform the following operations.
A Check to ensure that the power is shut down.
Unplug the power cord, and insert again.
B Turn on the power of the projector.
Ⅵ A sound maybe heard when the lamp burn
out. However, this is not a hazard.
Ⅵ D-ILA devices are manufactured using
extremely high-precision technology.
However, some of the pixels may not lit up or
remain permanently lit up.
