1.1 Safety during kit installation
WARNING: The procedures below may only be performed by Barco trained and qualified technicians.
WARNING: Power down the projector and remove the power cord form the wall outlet before removing any
of the projector covers.
WARNING: Th e projector must be cooled down before remo ving any of the projector co vers: w ait for t he cool
down cycle to finish after sw itching the projector to standby (the sound of the fans comes to a very low level)
and w ait for 15 more m inutes before starting any of the proced ures below.
CAUTION: Wear a wrist band which is connected to the ground while handling the electrostatic discharge
sensitive parts.
