The BJ Status Monitor is Not Displayed
■ Ensure "Enable bi-directional support for this printer" is selected.
1 Open the Printer Properties dialog box from the Start menu.

2 On the Details tab, click Spool Settings and select "Enable bi-directional
support for this printer."
In Windows 2000 or Windows XP, select "Enable bi-directional support" on
the Ports tab.
