6.6 Indentifying PMC Board Fault Codes and Recovering
Table 6.5 lists PMC board fault codes. These faults can be identified using the three
LEDs located on the Regulator board.
6.7 Resetting a Checksum (CHS) Fault
Perform the following procedure when a new Regulator board is installed or if a CHS
fault repeats.
Step 1. Press and hold STOPIRESET, PROGRAM, and DOWN ARROW for 5 to 10
seconds. A PUn error should appear.
Step 2. Press PROGRAM. P.--- is displayed.
Step 3. Press ENTER. P.000 is displayed.
Perform steps 4 through 7 if access to the second menu has not already been
enabled.
Step 4. Press UP ARROW until P.006 is displayed.
Step 5. Press ENTER.
Step 6. Press UP ARROW until 107 is displayed.
Step 7. Press ENTER.
Perform steps 8 through 11 if changing modes of operation (V/Hz or Vec). Otherwise,
skip to step 12.

ATTENTION:Viewing the PMC board LEDs requires electrical circuits
to be exposed. Stay clear if unit must be running. Disconnect and lock
out or tag power source if contact must be made. Failure to observe this
precaution could result in severe bodily injury or loss of life.
