Troubleshooting
The following table provides corrective action for possible trouble
situations. If further assistance is required, please contact a Crestron
customer service representative.

supply or to the power
outlet.
Verify power cord
connections.
DC power cord is not
firmly plugged into the
DC power jack.
Verify power cord
connection.
Power LED
does not
illuminate.
Problem exists with the
power supply.
Replace the power
supply.
Network cable is not
connected to the port
on the switch or to the
10BaseT/100BaseTX
compatible device.
Verify network cable
connection to the
switch and to the
network device.
Green LED
on Ethernet
port does not
illuminate.
Network cable is not
the proper type.
Verify that network
cable complies with
EIA/TIA 568 and the
CAT5 specification.
