Command Description Mode

ip vrrp Enables the administrative mode of Virtual
Router Redundancy Protocol (VRRP) for the
router.

vrrp accept-mode Enables the VRRP Master to accept ping
packets sent to one of the virtual router’s IP
addresses.

vrrp authentication Sets the authentication details value for the
virtual router configured on a specified
