RPS Port
• Supports the connection to an external redundant power supply. In the event that
the AC internal power supply fails, the external RPS will take over the power supply.
Redundant Power Supplies (RPSs) and accessories supported:
• DPS-200 (60 Watt redundant power supply unit (includes RPSU cable and AC
power cord))
• DEM-CB150-2PS (1 DC input connector for DPS-200 and 2 DC output connectors
for the Switch)
Alarm Port (DGS-3000-
26TC Only)
• Supports an alarm connector, on the front panel, that provides two external event
detection input circuits and one alarm action output circuit.
• Alarm action output circuit supports 42VAC, 50Hz, 1A maximum or 60VDC, 1A
maximum.
• After trap, log, and trigger events were generated by the Switch, pin 2 of the alarm
port is connected to pin 3 of the alarm port.
