Internal Device Configurations Submenu of the Advanced Menu
The Internal Device Configurations submenu allows the user to configure other internal devices.

Menu Field Options Default Description
IDE Controller: Disabled
Enabled
[Enabled] Enables or disables selected IDE controller.
LAN Controller: Disabled
Enabled
Auto
[Auto] When Disabled is selected, the LAN device is disabled.
When Enabled is selected, the LAN device is enabled.
When Auto is selected, the LAN is always enabled when the system
is connected to an AC Adapter; when running on battery power,
the device is enabled only when the link is active.
Note that if your system has a wireless LAN installed, all fields may
not be present.
Touch Panel: Disabled

[Enabled] Enables or disables touch panel.
