Photo is corrupted. The printer detects that a
file specified in the job is
corrupted and cannot be
accessed.
• See the printer’s user manual for
information about supported file types.
• Press OK (Right soft key). The printer
may not print the file or it may not print
the file correctly.
OR
• Press Cancel (Left soft key) to cancel the
print job.
OR
• If you are printing from a memory card,
try saving the file from the memory card
to your computer, and then print the file
from your computer software.
OR
• If a photo is missing, check that you
have not accidently deleted the photo
from the memory card.
Some photos are
corrupted.
The printer detects that
more than one file
specified in the job is
corrupted and cannot be
accessed.
Photo type is not
supported.
The file specified for the
job is not of a supported
file type.
Photo is missing. A photo specified for the
job is missing from the
memory card.
Make sure that you have not accidently
deleted any photos from the memory card.
Print a new photo index page to see the
index number associated with each photo.
Some photos are
missing.
More than one photo
specified for the job is
missing from the memory
card.
Cannot print photos. Some files specified for the
print job have errors
(corrupt, missing, or are
unsupported file types). If
there are more than 10
errors the printer will
cancel the print job.
Select other photos and restart the print job.
