To help Division understand the issue better, when you have such a case, please gather this
information:
• Model number and serial number
• Which Cartridge lock is broken (Black, Yellow, Cyan or Magenta?)
• Advise how the fault manifest's itself (Control Panel message, noises, can?t insert the
cartridges, etc?)
• Describe the customer?s use of the discovery tape:
o Did the customer pull on the tape or just follow it to the toner cartridges?
o If the customer did pull on the tape, did the front door open quickly for them?
Was the ETB attached to the front cover (see picture) when the door
opened?
