• Was the contact spring caught on the sheet metal (see picture above)? (Yes/No)
• Is there damage to the right hand side of the toner cartridge? Please describe/ take a picture
of the damage.
• Check to see if there is any damage to the white plastic part for the cartridge that has the lock
broken (see picture).
