HP Vectra with Windows NT 3.51 Workstation.
D-Link DFE-500TX ProFAST 10/100 PCI Ethernet adapter and driver
disk version 971201.
Driver: DLKPCI.SYS, version 4.22.1
Microsoft Windows NT 3.51 Workstation media.
Microsoft Windows NT Service Pack 5 media.
Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Server system that supports NetBEUI, NWLink
IPX/SPX Compatible Transport, and NWLink NetBIOS network protocols.
Device Configuration
Procedure
1 Before installing the D-Link DFE ProFAST PCI card, power on the
machine and boot to MS-DOS.
2 Inset the driver disk and execute “A:\DIAG”.
3 At the welcome screen, press Enter to continue diagnostics.
4 When prompted to select an adapter, select card 1 and hit Enter.
5 Verify the adapter settings as listed above.
6 If changes required, save those changes and exit.
7 With the HP Vectra turned off, install the D-Link DFE ProFAST PCI
ethernet card in to a PCI slot.
8 Connect network cable media to the D-Link DFE ProFAST PCI ethernet
card.
