HP iLO Power Management Pack is energy-efficient management software that delivers
centralized control, reliable security, and energy savings for your BladeSystem infrastructure.
iPMP combines the total control of iLO 2 Advanced in the area of remote management with the
energy monitoring and control of the Insight Power Manager to deliver a robust solution capable of
full remote control and power management of ProLiant servers through a unified interface within
HP Systems Insight Manager.
NOTE:
As of Feb. 1, 2009, HP iLO Power Management Pack is being discontinued. Customer can
either purchase HP Insight Control Environment suite which contains all the components of IPMP
or the standalone components which include iLO Advanced, Insight Power Manager and System
Insight Manager.
HP Insight Control Environment suite and most HP ProLiant Essentials include a one year of 24 x
7 HP Software Technical Support and Update Service ensuring rapid access to HP support staff
