Remove the power button board:
To remove the power button board, follow these steps:
1. Position the top cover upside down, with the front toward you.
2. Remove the screw (1) that secures the power button board to the top cover.
3. Lift up and remove the power button board (2).
Reverse this procedure to install the power button board.

Before removing the ClickPad TouchPad button board, follow these steps:
1. Shut down the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn
the computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system.
2. Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer.
