<cid>: a numeric parameter which specifies a particular PDP context
definition (see +CGDCONT and +CGDSCONT commands).
The following parameters are defined in 3GPP TS 23.107 [46] -
<Traffic class>: a numeric parameter that indicates the type of
application for which the UMTS bearer service is optimised.
0 - conversational
1 - streaming
2 - interactive
