5.1.55 AT+FTH – Transmit HDLC data with carrier
Transmit data with HDLC Framing. +FTH=n causes the modem to receive data using HDLC protocol
and the modulation defined below. An ERROR response code results if this command is issued while
the modem is on-hook.
