Email Using Group Email Setting
A document can be sent to several email addresses by selecting
the appropriate Group setting. If the same email address is
selected twice, the document will be sent only once. This feature
requires email addresses and/or fax numbers already pro-
grammed to a Group location. Refer to “Program Group Email
Addresses” on page 18 for further details.
If both an email address and a fax number are grouped together,
the machine will first send the document to the email address and
then the fax number.
